Mulmic Co., Limited (Mulmic), founded in 2004, is a professional manufacturer engaged in the development and design of precision stamping tooling and production of metal parts-including metal stamping parts, CNC-machined parts, automatic lathe turning parts, custom OEM precision CNC milling parts, and sub-assembly that includes the procurement of screws and rivets for our clients. Our products are widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, communication equipment, medical equipment, and automobile parts.

We have three independent production workshops, including a metal stamping workshop, a CNC machining workshop with a CNC lathe, an automatic lathe and computer gong, and an assembly workshop. Our precision equipment was brought from Japan and Taiwan and can produce about 600,000 stamped parts as well as 5,000 to 10,000 machined parts every day. The material thickness of our stamped parts ranges from 0.03mm to 6mm, the maximum length and width can be up to 1,200mm x 600mm, and the accuracy can be up to ±0.01mm and ±0.005mm.

The raw materials we use mainly include all kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, galvanized steel sheet, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, and various kinds of special materials. We handle surface treatments including polishing, sandblasting, zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, copper plating, alloy plating, spraying (painting and powder spraying), anodizing, and electrophoresis.

All our products are compliant with the RoHS Directive, and we utilize high-precision testing equipment to ensure the high quality of all outgoing products.
